CWI Services founder, Craig Ingalls, began his career in 1983 with The Hartwell Company, a clothing manufacturer located in Hartwell, Georgia. He was the computer analyst and lead technician for their Honeywell Mainframe. When the company migrated to Novell Netware ELS, he then became a CNE (Certified Netware Engineer.) Craig became a Master CNE in 1991.

While maintaining his full time position and with his employer’s blessings, Craig created CWI, which operated in the evenings and weekends. It soon became apparent that his services were in great demand. CWI Services became a full fledge company in 1993 and incorporated in 1999. As technology, systems and applications were devised and improved, so grew CWI. Craig has spent innumerable hours in technology seminars, keeping his certifications current, and receiving new certifications as our ever-changing industry dictates.

Stephanie Ingalls has been an integral part of CWI since its inception. Stephanie has served as finance administrator, office manager and bookkeeper. Her knowledge in customer relations and product management stems from her employment for ten years with the Hartwell Company where she held positions ranging from customer service manager to product development coordinator. In 1995, Stephanie began a new career with the local YMCA. Her extensive knowledge in customer relations, office procedure, program coordination and finance helped her in attaining a directorship. She currently holds the title of Director of Finance with CWI. Stephanie also oversees our bookkeeping, payroll and financial services.
